Privacy Policy
Kitchen Counter for iOS & Apple Watch
Effective: April 6, 2026
Data Collection
Kitchen Counter does not collect any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.
Data Storage
Your pickleball game data — scores, partners, match history, and stats — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud, your data syncs between your devices via your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is only accessible to you and is never shared with us or any third party.
Apple Health
Kitchen Counter can write pickleball workout data to Apple Health with your permission. This data is managed entirely by Apple's HealthKit framework and is subject to Apple's privacy policies. Kitchen Counter does not read any health data.
Third-Party Services
Kitchen Counter does not integrate with any third-party services. The only external communication is through Apple's built-in frameworks (CloudKit for sync, HealthKit for workouts), which are governed by Apple's privacy policies and your own Apple ID settings.
Children's Privacy
Since Kitchen Counter does not collect data from any user, it does not collect data from children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Given the app's design, significant changes are unlikely.
