§01 · The log
One screen · one job · stays out of your way
Log a set in
three taps.
Stepper for weight, stepper for reps, tap the blue button. The next exercise pre-fills from last time, the rest timer starts automatically, and the keyboard never enters the picture. Your eyes go back to the bar where they belong.
The Pull workout, mid-Barbell-Row, rest timer running.
Set 3 ready to log at 175 × 6.
What's on the card
Auto-prefilled
Weight and reps fill from your last set so the first tap is usually “log.”
Big steppers, not a keypad
Hands sweaty, gym chalk, gloves — doesn’t matter. The +/− buttons are 44pt and forgiving.
Rest timer, in the same view
Starts the moment you log. Lives in the same view. Haptic ping when it ends. No third-party timer required.
Isometric mode toggle
For planks, holds, and dead hangs — flips reps to hold-seconds without leaving the card.
Bodyweight shorthand
Tap “BW” to log weight as bodyweight. The PR engine knows what that means.
§06 · The math
Pay once. Lift forever.
The free tier is a real free tier — unlimited workouts, 30-day history, the suggestion engine, PR detection, shareable cards. Pro is one purchase, $4.99, and you own the rest of it. No upgrade tiers. No annual creep.

The Pro unlock— at $4.99 once, breaks even against the cheapest subscription in 38 days. Against Fitbod's $12.99/mo, breakeven is 12 days. After that, you're just lifting.
Is the free tier actually free?
Yes — log unlimited workouts, see 30 days of history, get smart suggestions, auto-PR detection, and the Iron share card. No trial, no credit card, no asterisk.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited workout history (beyond the 30-day rolling window), full analytics with per-exercise charts, the PR dashboard with estimated 1RM, calendar view, lifetime stats, unlimited custom exercises, and the Silver / Gold share-card finishes.
Why one-time and not monthly?
Because a workout log is a tool, not a relationship. If you stop opening it for three months, I don’t want a notification chasing you. Pay once and it’s yours — including every future update on this app.
Where does my data live?
In a local SwiftData database on your device. There is no server, no cloud, no account. The app never makes a network call about your workouts.
Does it work on iPad or Mac?
It runs on iPhone, Mac (Apple silicon), and Vision Pro via the iPad-app-on-Mac path. Same on-device database; no sync between devices yet.
What’s in v2.1?
Smart suggestions, PR detection with haptics, and the shareable workout cards moved into the free tier. Plus 30 days of history (was 7) and 3 custom exercises (was 1). Pro keeps unlimited everything.
